Corner Alliance understands that government leaders face serious challenges when trying to drive change through their organizations. Uncertainty, resistance, and organizational barriers often mark the process of managing change.

Our Story

Corner Alliance was founded in 2007 by Alan Pentz and Ron Prater.  After years of working for various government consulting firms, Alan and Ron wanted to create a company that would inspire them; a company that would have a real entrepreneurial curiosity for finding new ways to solve problems and bring a deep knowledge and sophistication about the way government actually works.  A small, innovative company, Corner Alliance helps its clients think differently and thrives off of the process of finding practical and realistic solutions. We work with leaders to devise strategies to overcome obstacles and turn them into opportunities.

The Corner Alliance team is passionate, opinionated and brings a wide range of experience to back it up. From Web 2.0 and social media expertise to a deep understanding of public safety communications and emergency management, we believe that success in government requires leaders and their teams to have a powerful understanding of their communities and work closely with the communities they serve.

Corner Alliance attracts people who value what government does and can do. The company was created to help government leaders get things done even when circumstances present various challenges. Our clients are presented tough situations and we strive to help them navigate those obstacles. Becoming part of the Corner Alliance community means no idea is off limits. We live by our corporate values, and they guide our everyday operating principles.
