Corner Alliance works with government leaders and the communities they serve to set a common course for creating change. Valuable change requires that organizations understand the needs of the community they are trying to affect. The government must engage in an honest conversation about where it and the community stand today, what challenges they face, where each needs to be tomorrow, and why it is important for both to achieve that vision. Once the government and communities arrive at a mutual consensus around these questions, they can develop a strategic plan outlining the specific actions to achieve their goals.
