Senior Principal Consultant


Perform analysis/evaluation of mobile devices and contribute to strategic direction and project outcomes, including: device design, including interference, filtering and intermodulation issues; vendor management, tracking, and technical dialogue to assist with device designs and associated contracts; implementation of devices for mobile networks with a telecommunications operator; analysis of key device and services architectures, such as identity management, certificate management and security types, and; operation of key wireless featuressuch as, UICC/SIM cards, mobile device accessories, OTA, MDM, Internet of Things, chipsets, and reference designs.  Employer: Corner Alliance, Inc., located in Washington, DC, but this is an itinerant position, requiring employee to work on clients' sites in different US locations. Telecommuting is permitted for times employee is not required at client’s sites. Requires MS or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering +  3 years of experience managing development for certification of products based on GCF/PTCRB, carrier requirements, and commercial release of mobile devices; reviewing product features and documents to qualify products for GCF/PTCRB certification requirements; defining test requirements, test/re-use strategy and generating applicable test plan, executing test plans, reviewing and validating test results, and reporting results to stakeholders, and; planning and execution of product qualification to achieve all phases of development leading up to final product certification and commercial release.  Alternatively, candidate may possess BS or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering + 5 years of the same type of experience.  Send resume, references and salary requirements to Cheryl Wadhwa, HR Director, Corner Alliance, 1620 L Street, NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC20036.  No calls or e-mails please.
