Internal communication is important to us. Our CEO sends out weekly company updates, we use tools like Slack and Basecamp to collaborate, we hold monthly All Hands calls to give updates on major initiatives and bring our whole team together once a year for our favorite time of the year: the Annual All Hands Company Meeting which includes a fun team building outing.
