Corner Alliance Launches AI Governance Service Offering to Help Federal Agencies Adopt Responsible, Compliant, and Mission-Aligned Artificial Intelligence
Washington, D.C. — Corner Alliance, a Washington, D.C.–based Federal government consulting firm dedicated to innovative research and development and public sector modernization, announces the launch of its Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance Service Offering, a full-lifecycle model designed to help Federal agencies adopt and oversee AI responsibly, transparently, and in compliance with emerging national policy directives.
The service offering provides agencies with a structured approach to evaluating their data environment, aligning AI capabilities with mission priorities and stakeholder needs, and developing the governance systems required to meet Federal policy regulations. The new offering positions agencies to modernize responsibly while reducing operational risk, ensuring data integrity, and strengthening accountability across the AI lifecycle.
“Our Federal partners are eager to adopt AI but need a trusted framework that ensures they do so responsibly,” said Jayme Baumgardner, Chief Executive Officer of Corner Alliance. “This new offering gives agencies a clear and achievable pathway to meet Federal requirements, reduce risk, and deliver measurable mission outcomes. We are proud to support agencies as they innovate with confidence.”
Corner Alliance’s service offering includes three tiers that build toward full AI governance maturity:
Tier One — The 90-Day AI Governance Sprint: Establishes mission alignment, conducts an AI readiness and maturity assessment, and prioritizes high-impact use cases.
Tier Two — Governance Framework Build-Out: Adds an AI implementation roadmap, a comprehensive governance standard operating procedure, and role-based workforce training to prepare agencies for responsible AI development and deployment.
Tier Three — Full Lifecycle Governance: Launches an AI Foundry program management office, introduces performance and compliance dashboards, and supports transparent reporting to agency leadership, OMB, the Government Accountability Office (GAO), and the public.
“As emerging technologies advance at unprecedented speed, agencies need governance systems that ensure innovation remains safe, effective, and aligned with their mission,” said Marc Leh, Practice Area Lead at Corner Alliance and architect of the service offering. “We designed this model to help agencies move from uncertainty to action, with the confidence to roll out AI capabilities that sharpen mission impact and operational efficiency. By grounding AI decisions in strong governance and policy alignment, we position our clients to innovate sustainably and withstand oversight.”
This launch expands Corner Alliance’s leadership in responsible technology adoption and strengthens its support for Federal agencies seeking to modernize their operations and improve mission delivery.
